Nike Constellation “Deubre” Project

Nike Constellation was a special internal “duebre” project developed within the innovation space, exploring how small and often overlooked footwear components could be transformed into meaningful digital experiences. The concept focused on integrating lightweight connected technology to enhance consumer interactions, elevate storytelling, and inspire future-forward possibilities.

I collaborated closely with Nike’s innovation engineering team to assess the technical feasibility of converting a traditional dubrae into a connected digital interface. Together, we evaluated hardware constraints, NFC capabilities, and mobile interaction flows to establish a viable connection pathway between the dubrae and the app. Building on these insights, I created high-fidelity product and UI designs that visualized the complete experience—showcasing how a simple footwear accessory can unlock a seamless, next-generation mobile interaction.
